Glossary and meta tags

Hello,

I installed the glossary module and used it also to automatically link terms sitewide to it, automatically.
But, sadly, it also adds the link, when it finds the term in the metatags, h1,h2.. etc.

Is there anything I can do about it ?
Did I do anything wrong ?
