Menumanager + Content->Pages->(a page) -> Options -> show in menu

Hello,

Im trying to make a new menu for my webpage...
Yet I cant find a setting for the Content->Pages->(a page) -> Options -> show in menu
in the $node variable.
Is there a reference manual? Or can I get that boolean from the $node variable somehow?
