Add, Edit Content - remove some filds

Hello all,

I’m a new user of CMS, and not a programmer, but I understand PHP a little. And I’m using CMS for my personal portfolio.

But when I’m going to post some content there is to much information that I don’t need, like Page Alias, Tab Index, Access Key, in the admin panel.
So I wanted to know if there is some way to take off these fields, from Add Content and Edit Content.
