I am creating a commercial site, in psd - and will have it coded. All i want to be able to do is implement the cms on certain sections of this site - and at the moment I am still deciding to go with wordpress or CMS Simple - I am willing to pay someone to install it and configure it to my templates - however just wanted to see if this can modify only certain sections of a site.. and if its better to use this as a CMS than Wordpress ...
