[SOLVED] News 2.3: adding link to related news item

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

[SOLVED] News 2.3: adding link to related news item

Hi there,


is there a painless way to add a link to a related news item when editing one? Both TinyMCE and FckEditorX made it possible only to add links to static cmsms content, which makes adding links to a news item a nightmare (open another browser tab, look for the related article, copy its address, etc). Any idea on this?

I've made a small patch agains the CMSContent plugin of FckEditor, which resolves this. Will file it to the tracker (still needs further testing).
