Album module - change language in large image

Please help

I'm stuck in my translation of the Album-module. Where do I change the text in the large image (click on thumbnail)

Hello,
just edit the cmsms_dir/modules/Album/templates/db/js/thickbox.js file.

But if you install the module using the xml version, probably you will have problem to overwrite these file, after translate it, because the owner will be the Apache.
If this happen, just uninstall the module and upload the directory structure version, then you will have control over the files.

Besides the thickbox.js, as Michal said, you need to edit the template>default in Albums, or the other template you are using, to translate the help message in the albums.
