STUCK ON INSTALLATION STEP THREE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have managed to reach step three but have failed to processed from there. Whenever i try, it says  as follows below;

Could not connect to the database. Verify that username and password are correct, and that the user has access to the given database.

So, what username name/password  do i have to use ? is it the one for my Whole website or the one i have created with CMS made simple?

I will be so glad to hear from you in the near future
