Help !! Problem on config.php and Modules

Hi guys
I've a web based on cms ver 1.0.8 ( www.bortolamibike.com )
Yesterday i found an off-line web site for this reason:
1) the file config.php was complete empty
ok after copy via ftp the file and log-in in the back end , discovery that  the "modules" section do not show all the modules installed.
In the directory "modules" the extension are  existing, but are missing complete from the back-end menù.
The FCKEditorX, TinyMCE, the calendar and others are missing !!!
In the front-end the dynamic data are not showed

any suggestion ?
