Thickbox and Cataloger - Image is all code

I know I've read about this problem here somewhere but I cannot find it. I'm using the latest Cataloger (5.5) and Thickbox 3 and when you click on an image it gives you the thickbox but instead of the image, it's the image code. I think the issue is the link to the image created by Cataloger doesn't end in .jpg, .gif but instead with the image's id or something:

/modules/Cataloger/Cataloger.Image.php?i=arg-flash-poster-2_f_2_1000_1.jpg&ac=25844

Does anyone know what needs to be modified in the cataloger module?
