Upgrade from 0.1.3 to 1.0 - Help Needed!

I have just tried to upgrade my site from 0.1.3 to 1.0 in the hope that I can then get it up to current...
Now, it all says that it went well on the upgrade, however I am getting the following error on the homepage
What's going on? Can anyone help?!

and I can't login to the admin side anymore, as it's telling me my username and password are wrong!!!Fatal error: Call to undefined method pear_ResultSet::RowCount() in /home3/shb3_150/armadasur.com/public_html/content/modules/FrontEndUsers/FrontEndUsers.api.php on line 1233
What's going on? Can anyone help?!
