Upgrade from 0.1.3 to 1.0 - Help Needed!

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Upgrade from 0.1.3 to 1.0 - Help Needed!

I have just tried to upgrade my site from 0.1.3 to 1.0 in the hope that I can then get it up to current...

Now, it all says that it went well on the upgrade, however I am getting the following error on the homepage
Fatal error: Call to undefined method pear_ResultSet::RowCount() in /home3/shb3_150/armadasur.com/public_html/content/modules/FrontEndUsers/FrontEndUsers.api.php on line 1233
and I can't login to the admin side anymore, as it's telling me my username and password are wrong!!!

What's going on? Can anyone help?!
