which is the best way for error reporting in cmsms?

i need some error messages in admin area if it is a database error...

maybe an admin log for errors or an error email?

is a module for something like that in cmsms?

or i need to implement a new one

You can activate a debug modus in config.php - not sure, if it will work in admin panel.

AdoDB has a debug console too
