I noticed that the rss module isnt showing any descriptions of the news feeds. (10.0 upgrded from 9.x)
Here is woot!s rss feed http://www.woot.com/blog/rss.aspx notice the descriptions
But the rss module only displays the titles of the articles, same with slashdot.org http://slashdot.org/rss/index.rss
Is this a limitation in the module that can be easily fixed? Or is it more complicated than I may think? Is it possibly an argument I am missing in the tag? {module="rss" descriptions="1"}

It's not super complicated. I'll see what I can do for 0.10.1 (there was already a bug put in for this one earlier).

Re: rss doesnt show descriptions
Thanks.
btw, 10 is awesome. I love the admin interface changes. I had some problems with my templates (arguments in the body tag is all I can figure) but otherwise it was a smooth upgrade.
Any chance on a 'list all' button for content pages (or all lists that get paginated). If it wasnt too taxing on the system I would sure use it. I am used to things like seemingly unending lines in squirrel mail (view all) and countless pages of dumped data from phpMyAdmin. If you have the connection for it it sure saves some clicks trying to find what page your content item is on.
I didnt look for a previous post on this subject, I just thought I would throw you a curve ball

Gee. Thanks.
Can you make a feature request in mantis? I know I'll forget by the time I get to look at it. Thanks!

Re: rss doesnt show descriptions
If it's urgent search this forum for Piratos pimped-up "pirss" module, it has more features and is just a plugin!

I've never looked at it. Does it cache it's data? Or does it go out and read the feed on every refresh? That could serioulsy be a problem....
