I must say that I am not sure if CMSMS is ideal for such a project... Maybe you should better use something like OpenLD. But yes, you can use Bookmarks module. I just like to use specialized scripts, even if integration isn't do easy.

I had a specialised script, but all seem to have limitations (out of the box, that is), as everything. It had all the features listed on the site you mentioned.
However, this is going to be a limited project anyway and reckon that this software will be sufficient for reasons which may not be apparent yet.
A lot of directories will be in for a shock, soon enough, methinks. But thats another story, I guess.
