Text only menus

Hi

Every time I create a second user, the second user's CMS menus appear as text only, even if they have admin rights. See http://www.susanbonham.com/text_only_menu.jpg for a screen capture. The first user's menu appears normally.

Any help would be appreciated.

Login as the second user, open ".../admin/editprefs.php" and choose a language. Should work then.

Does this happen with 0.10 only? I have never seen this before.

I'm not sure, but I think I've only been experiencing it with 0.10 and its betas.
