Creating Templates

I have seen the toturial creating templates "http://cmsmadesimple.org/uploads/media/ ... colate.htm"
They have the optie webdesign in there browser and can download CSS files.
I use internet explorer 6 and do not have this option. What browser must I use ?

I suggest Firefox 2 with webdeveloper extension.

But there exists a webdeveloper extension for IE too

This is the solution. I downloaded the IE extention and YES, it works.

Found another tool (add-on for IE) that can help you creating templates
