Page 2 refreshes back to page 1

Step one of installation claims that i have succeeded in setting things up, but when i go to page 2 and insert an administrator/password and press "ok" the page just reloads. After a few seconds the page will go back to the First step of the installation without me clicking a thing.

when i change to 127.0.0.1/install/install.php?page=3 manually I get an error:

Notice: Undefined index: adminusername in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\install\install.php on line 240

Notice: Undefined index: adminemail in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\install\install.php on line 242

So i think there may be a problem with the permissions even though the entire folder is set to have full permissions.


Im on a Windows XP computer and I can not figure out why it is stuck at page 2 and is refreshing me back to step 1. Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
