Hi,
this is may be a stupid question: Which e-mail address uses the formbuilder? Is this the: preferences --> my account --> e-mail adress? I'm asking, because I wrote a testmessage and the mail never arrived.

no
you have to add the address to the form. there is a specific type for an email.
Re: e-mail address for formbuilder
Neophron,
if you choose "Email results based on pulldown", you can sent the mail to different mailboxes depending on the subject choosen. If you choose, "Email results to set addresses", the form is send to the specified address. After having set one of these, you have to select one of the selected options and go to the "advanced options" to create the mail-template you want to receive.

Re: e-mail address for formbuilder
Hi Ronny,
thank you for your quick response. I choose "email results to set address". I also changed in the CMS mailer admin panel the mailer method from "smtp" to "mail" because of the error message: "Sorry! There was an error handling your form submission."
Now it works!
