FeedBack Form Sending Mail Twice

hi - I've installed the feedback form and it all works great -- except that it sends mails twice. 

I've debugged & debugged & debugged but I can't find out what is going on - I do know that the defaultadmin action is being sent twice, but other modules seems to deal with this. 

If I remove the doAction switch and mmake the default action to send the form it works i.e. only 1 mail gets sent.  It seems IMHO that the prob lies with the if strcutre that decides if the form is multi-page or not - I could be well of the mark here.

Any help much appreciated.
