where is the chinese Language package

　　i  am  a  chinese  user ,i did not find  the  chinese Language package  ,who can help me ?? please give me the download website address of  the  chinese Language package

You do not need a language pack. You can choose (Simplified or Traditional) Chinese as language in the admin menu.
