New Plugin pirss - a very small RSS Plugin

NOW A BETTER WORKING VERSION !
Works nearly in 100% of all rss-feeds and is faster. Works with RSS 2.0 too.

what is the best way to install it into CMSMS.
if possible step by step instructions.

... You can download the tool now from
here.
PiRSS is only a tag so it must copied in plugin folder (function.pirss.php). Then copy the template pirss.tpl to tmp/templates. Just insert the tag into your template/page like {pirss url="yournews.rdf"}
If you do not use the parameter url the default are the BBC-News. Optional maxnews=numberofentrys default is 10. If you have problems with the encoding-type of the rdf-file use the parameter (example) encoding="utf-8" default is ISO-8859-1.
