The layout on both is great!
Notes:
The flash intro on the street tour has way too long a delay in loading so I'm faced with a blank black screen and the impression that nothing is there. Start it loading much sooner and be sure to include a "skip intro" link to allow the visitors to click past the intro.
On both sites: include succinct descriptions for all the images on both sites. In particular, the first site is about wheelchair sports, so you are already focusing on accessibility, so you should be especially careful about those issues on the site.
On the big plus side: when all styles are removed, the skip links to navigation and content are the very first items on the page and the rest of the page has a great linear flow.

Thank you for your answer, it was hard for me to understand the totality of your post because my english is poor 
but someone help me and now it's good i understand.
I know that i must especially concentrated on the accessibility because this site is about handicapped people.
I've forgotten the image description and thanks for have remind me that important point.

Very nice looking sites.
As heatherfeuer already said, the Flash loading on the http://www.streettour.fr site is very slow.
You may want to add a "flash loader" scene into your flash movie to show that it is indeed loading, otherwise people may think that there's nothing there.
