permissions

Post by steve »

Hi All,

I was just wondering if there was a way to not allow a group permissions to edit the Extensions section? There does not seem to be a way to switch this section off for a group

Also, how do you delete users from the 'Additional editors' in the options on each page? or at least stop all users from automatically being on this list.

Tanks

:)

To hide the Extensions section look here (should be fixed in 1.0.5).
Additional editors are not automatically added (only to the list). You have to select them and save the page to add users (and you can de-select them and then save the page to remove them as additional editor.

Thank you Dee,

I'll try the hide Extensions thing later.

Thanks for explaining how the Additional Editors work. Much appreciated

It's already overdue and I don't think it needs more work before release.
Hopefully Ted can do a release one of these days.
