Navigation: Simple - Vertical - code required

Hi,

Could somebody paste in the code for the stylesheet: Navigation: Simple - Vertical

I have been playing about with the code for ages and got a perfect menu, but when i checked it in IE was a disaster!! Stupidly i never took a copy of it as need to start again and watch it step by step in both browsers.
