Site down for no apparent reason...?

Hi,

I've built a site at: http://www.novarca.fi/cerm/

I haven't touched any of the files in two weeks, but today when I went to browse the site
I got this error message:

It has just exploded by itseld...what should I do? I have no idea what that error message means...

The Admin-section works, but has a "Add Me"-text in some places, though not everywhere (and
the language is chosen correctly, had a problem with that some time ago).

Maybe your provider has changed something on server - it looks like some pathes in config.php are wrong.
