Problem with install step 2

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hi guys...

This is a brand new installation, downloaded 0.6.3 today, and installed it.

when I try to go to installation step 2 I get....
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class user in /var/www/html/cms/lib/classes/class.user.inc.php on line 26
So, what stupid mistake have I made...

This is the first time I've heard of this. Maybe there is some weird PEAR module installed? Very very strange.

I'm not even sure where to start on that.

Figured it out, it was because of phplib..... the User class conflicts...

Why? Have you same problem?
Installer is many different from that version
