Upgrade 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 failed

Before I do something rash and lose everything, anyone have some suggestions...

I downloaded the 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 diff file, extracted it to my site, and ran the upgrade script. It failed like this:

Upgrading config.php...[done]

Cleaning cache dirs...[done]

Upgrading Search module from 1.0.4 to 1.1... Forums Forums Forums Forums 

Now, if I try to go to the admin page or the home page, all I get is "Forums Forums Forums Forums"

What gives?

Nevermind, I figured it out. I had to get rid of the phpbbx tag from my plugins folder (renamed function.phpbbx.php to function.phpbbx.php.txt). Somehow the upgrade hosed a couple of my style assignments. I fixed my stylesheet and it all seems better now.

Upgrading is never fun!
