Upgrade from 0.12.1 "Savusavu" to latest?

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

Upgrade from 0.12.1 "Savusavu" to latest?

I have a site running CMS Made Simple 0.12.1 "Savusavu" and would like to update to the current version. Can I just update with the current 1.0.4 version thats on the site, or do I need to update to .13 then the latest?
