Backup Before Upgrade

Hi,

Sorry to be a pain, but having looked through the docs I could not find an answer.

As many people here, I have made changes to the css files which makes my site look different. The docs tell me to upload 1.04 over 1.02 - but should I be backing up anything in particular?

Obviously I have backed up the whole site and database, but surely it isn' just a case of overwriting everything. Are there specific directories which will need to be re-ftp'ed to get the site looking as it should but with a newly 1.04'ed upgrade?

backup db and files.

all css is in db which wont get overwritten on upgrade.

only thing that can get lost from your files are images, but thats unusual.
