I am running CMSMS 1.0.2 on Windows XP Prof locally and testing it to see if it will be applicable for my prospective client. 

When I add content from a user in the Editors Group I can only add top level menu items but not sub menu items.  When I add content from the a user in the Admin Group I can add content as sub menu's because selecting a Parent is an option in the Add New Content page.  Selecting a Parent is not an option in the Add New Content page when I log in as an Editor.

Any ideas why would be appreciated.

Give the editor group permission to change page hierarchy
