Want to cut my navigation into three parts

Hi there.
I've been using this CMS for two hours now and I'm too excited about its easy handling!
But I've got a special wish for my navigation, because I made a layout for my page some days before, now I want to use CMSMS with it.
The problem looks very easy, I think someone with a bit more experience than I have (That's not too much) will handle it without many problems.

So, my navigation is cut into three parts; "Home", which shows main points, "Team", and "Network".
I have got three different boxes which should all display a single small navigation with few links.

So, how can I manage to give each box a special ID and "transform" it into a category, so that I will choose a category for a new navigation link and it will appear in the box I chose?

I'd really like to have some answers or links or whatever.
