I had the same problem on a site I'm doing so did that and it worked. Try toggling the WYSIWYG checkbox and do it again just to see if it makes any difference.

Just thought I'd add that I've now had this occur with another website, and after six weeks the problem hasn't been resolved. Very frustrating. While it works okay, MicroTiny is a poor substitute for TinyMCE. Hopefully someone eventually figures out why this happens and how to fix it.

Thanks for the response. I was quite sure there were more people suffering this problem as well.

Hopefully, someone will know what to do to fix this.

Hmmm, I'm not sure. The problem I originally posted is actually solved (even though I don't know the reason).

Your post just before said you found it again and it was not solved. The rest of use also find the problem still existing.

Just thought......

I recently encountered the same problem. 2 different websites, both CMSMS 1.11.11 with TinyMCE 2.9.12
Open_Basedir has a green checkmark.
A hard refresh STRG+F5 shows the editor but on another page it is gone again. Doesn't matter which browser I use.

The problem shows on contenpages and ListIt WYSIWYG fields as well. Browser error console shows no errors.
I'm puzzled...

I certainly understood that, but it is the same program after all. And that's the whole point.

Look, too many people are having problems with this app; it can't be just a coincidence.

If it was web site dependent, then the program must have a flaw and have to be labeled as to which web sites it will work on.

I understand. It's just that this problem is solved for me on the website in question. Any new reports from other users should really be a separate topic because their cause and solution may be completely different.
