I don't see the option in the admin, but I'm guessing CMSMS has an add-on for TinyMCE? I'll have to check on that as I know for a fact that TinyMCE does work on my server. Is TinyMCE comparable to what FCKeditor can do?

TinyMCE is available as a module and may replace FCKeditor in a coming release.

I downloaded the TinyMCE module and it works great! While my goal was to use FCKeditor, it obviously has compatibility issues. So I think TinyMCE will due just fine for now.
