Recommendation Need

One of my client need a website that has several videos under several categories. Each video must be able to comment and rate by users. Is there any module developed to meet this requirement? or what modules can I use to meet this requirement? Any Recommendations???

play or flvplayer for playing videos.
comments module for comments.
rate this for a star rating system.

search the forge, basic keywords will bring up all available modules.
