No Styles in FireFox, all other browsers are fine

Hello,

I just installed CMSMS on my server. Strangely enough in all browsers (IE, Opera, Safari) everything is fine, just in Firefox no styles and images are shown (site and admin).
Tried it on different machines with the same result.

Searched the forum without any result.
Anybody got an idea?

I've only ever seen this on one other site. This topic http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 709.0.html covers it. Although we were not able to get it working the way it should, you could use the same workaround.

Can you post a link to your site? It would be interesting to see if there were any common issues between your site and the other one, that might lead to solving this problem.

Hi Nullig,

It is an absolute standard installation at http://oshostore.net/.
No additional modules etc installed, latest version 1.2.3.
I used to have 1.1.2 installed before with the same issue and did a new installation (yes, I wiped the database).
When I did the same installation in a subfolder (not root), Firefox is happy.

Are you on a Linux server or a Windows server?

I am using a linux server php 4.3.11

Linux, guess the same php, no idea where to look it up.

I'll install on another GoDaddy server and pay my $4 for a month.
Then we'll know.
Their support did not respond so far (15hrs).

Upgradingto a paid GoDaddy account fixed the problem....

So their advertisement interferes with Firefox displaying styles of CMSMS.
