Help for tools bar in Top simple navigation + left subnavigation 1 column

Dear Community,

I need to put a bar of link at the top of the menu as indicated on the photograph to see N°1.
My logo (2) must be below on the left and my bar link in top on the right then my menu with a photo which must change when one clicks on one of the link of the horizontal menu (new section = new photo) (3).

I used the basic template with basic css attached "Top simple navigation + left subnavigation 1 column" because I need a subnavig on left.
