Moving CMSMS folder

Right now i have my CMS installed into http://website.com/cms/, if i move it back to the root folder so that you can access my website at http://website.com/ would there be any problems with that apart from the change in root folder? If there is, what is the best way to do it? Thanks!

Only changes in the config.php  the correct ways,  and runnig  http://site.com/install/upgrade.php

So basically i gotta change the root url in config.php, but what about the: /var/virtual/web//html/cms, does that have to be changed back to /var/virtual/web//html ?

Of course
you have to correct for everything,  url and path, to your root, nothing like test
