Newsflash Scroller v1.0

Hi
I'm using the newflash scroller module (v1.0) and have 2 questions if anyone can help:

1. is there a way to make the first item follow directly after the last item? (rather than having to wait till the last item completely clears in the scroll box).

2. What determines the overall height of the scroll box and how how do i control this?
