I've been working on an intermittent page load problem for the past 2 weeks but have not been able to find a solution as of yet. This is a client's site that I'm working on. www.jeanhuber.com. Hosted on webhost4life.com, windows/iis.
About 50% of the time, the page loads within one sec, Another 40%, it loads very very slow - can take . And about 10% of the time, I get a blank page with empty source.
Page source code shows page generated in between .5 to 1.5 seconds but the page can take up to 30 seconds to load at times and 1 second at other times.
I've checked the forum archives and have implemented the following suggestions:
1. Removed unused modules
2. Removed unused tags
3. Removed unused lang files
4. Removed use of {stylesheets} - place in .css file as an include
5. Removed common page elements like header and footer into include files
6. Host provider increased php memory limit from 8 mb to 32 mb
7. I tried a number of the code hacks to index.php suggested in other forums
Is there anyone else using webhost4life that has encountered this problem?
Are there any other suggestions for getting this to perform consistently?
It leads me to believe that the issue may be with my provider but I have a number of sites running without issues on the same provider (but they are not using CMSMS)

I prefer not to switch host providers if possible but have been considering godaddy.com. Does anyone use godaddy.com? Will there be any issues installing the system that is running on a windows/iis to linux/apache?
Any ideas or advise would be appreciated.
Thanks!
