Formbuilder - fields not showing up in output...[SOLVED]

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hi lexscripta,

I'm encountering the same problem with FormBuilder. I added a field for a phone number, made it required, set the validation to none and also require a response to this field. None of it works though. I thought maybe I'd have to edit the template that FormBuilder outputs for the email itself but this doesn't seem to be the case. It should automatically generate the required (and non-required but entered) fields in the email output itself.

Sounds like we're in the same boat. Good and bad, multiple replies might expedite a solution. I'm sure we're not the only ones encountering this issue.

Whenever you add a field to a form that has an email submission field, you need to go to the Advanced Settings for that the email submission field to add your new field to the email template.

That did the trick. I wasn't aware that the email template had to be edited separately. It should probably be documented better, unless I just overlooked it.

Thanks for the help!
