help with class.contentoperations.inc.php

Hi everyone, I have had CMS Made Simple live for months without incident, but I am suddenly getting the following errors on all pages:

Warning: fopen(/home/simonlan/public_html/newarkathletics/dynamic/tmp/cache/contentcache.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/simonlan/public_html/newarkathletics/dynamic/lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 549

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/simonlan/public_html/newarkathletics/dynamic/lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 550

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/simonlan/public_html/newarkathletics/dynamic/lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 551

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? It does not seem to be causing any problems, it just displays the error.
