Godaddy Problems Windows Server

I'm currently in charge of updating my companies website and also a CMSMS newb, though i have worked with it for a short time i have decided to install it on my server.  I have however hit a few walls with getting it working.  Any tips?

I have a phpinfo up already for those of you willing to help.

safe mode is enabled. cmsms does not support safemode. there are however, some workarounds.

id first consider a new host, if thats not gonna happen. then your gonna have to let us know what went wrong. error messages. what you have done already. etc.google

Yes, safe mode is NOT supported.
