How stable/reliable is esshop?

I was hoping someone could tell how reliable esshop is. http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/esshop

I'd love to not have to use zen cart for simple e commerce needs. Sure I'll give it a whirl to see if it suits my purpose but obviously I'd prefer not get into the project to find out it isn't stable enough for commercial purposes.

unfortunately no, however he seems to have put alot of work into it recently. im sure he will reply soon..
