as content and visitors grew i had to upgrade my site www.nellore.co.nr to drupal.
CMSMS site: http://neha.byethost13.com
Drupal site: http://tanay.co.in/nellore (or www.nellore.co.nr)
BUT CMSMS was my first love and i still love its simplicity and ease of use. I could customise any required template on CMSMS when I could not even figure out how to add a page or create a menu in other CMSes.
But I would like to let the developers look into these issues:
1) The XML section expand error
http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 95677.html
2) Clean Urls (Even without .htaccess like in drupal.. where the "?" will be there in the url, but the url has the words from the title)
3)GLOBAL CONTENT BLOCKS code changing by itself.
I added a few adsense ads each as a Global Content Block.
Save it, It works fine. But open it again to edit, you will find that the code is altered, some part truncated.
This happened on two saparate installations of CMSMS
4)Better News and Blog modules. Infact i had to tweak the blog/news modules to make the order as "latest items first". By default the module was showing "oldest first"
5)Notifications in guestbook when a new member signed dont work
6)If you have different contact forms in the site, both haveing same target email address , you cannot make out (atleast i cant make out) which one the email came from.
Hope CMSMS wins the hearts of many more starters the way it won mine!
good bye cmsms, a few issues to share!

Were you using a WYSIWYG editor when you worked on the GCB and saw this behavior?saitanay wrote: 3)GLOBAL CONTENT BLOCKS code changing by itself.

If you set up your Form to have an action of "Email Results to set Address(es)", you can specify the Subject of the email. Can't you just make the subject lines different?saitanay wrote: 6)If you have different contact forms in the site, both haveing same target email address , you cannot make out (atleast i cant make out) which one the email came from.
Unless you mean two instances of the same form?
