SimpleGoogleMap-1.0.1 - making it work - anyone know how?

I have the latest version of CMS.

I have installed the following module:

SimpleGoogleMap-1.0.1

I can not a map to display - all I get is a gray box.

I have a Google Map API Key

But whenever I try and look at the map I just get a gray box and java errors.

I did the step by step instructions in the map program.

But just a gray box...

I created it as an Administrator with permissions to use SiimpleGoogleMap

The code I use in the Template is:

{SimpleGoogleMap map='Frankfort' addr='20601 South LaGrange Road,Frankfort, IL 60423'}

The map name is: Frankfort

The google API is:

The key is good for All URL's in this directory: http://www.alsipnursery.com/site/
