What I am looking for is someone to build the template/site and involve me in it enough so that I can fully manage it once it is finished. I'd like to be able to tweak the template; things such as images, fonts, colors, etc. Nothing major.

I want something similar, but a little more polished. I need galleries, blog, probably a front end log in for clients, the ability to play Flash slideshows, and replace them with updated ones. Possibly a cart, I have another option that may be able to be stylized to match.
