symbols like ' changed by like this ' in registration module ...
I think that is not problem of the single module, maybe problem in CMS ...

If you copy and paste from a .doc or similar file some times is an apostrophe comes up '.
Try using the special character icon to place your apostrophes' on the corresponding page.
