All,
I would like to include a poll as part of my CMS deployment. I found the "Poll made Simple", but am wondering how to install it; I see there's a zip file with a bunch of .php and .tpl as well as a .xml, but wanted to check in this forum before messing things up.
If you have any pointers, please send those to me at anye@caripito.com.
Thanks!
Angelo

I installed Participationpoll 0.1.2 in CMSMS 1.2.3 but there is an error when I tryed to add an option.
The error is below :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: rowcount() in /home/ee25563/domains/infowebs.nl/public_html/mb2/modules/ParticipationPolls/ParticipationPolls.module.php on line 1894

Re: Including a Poll + Discussion Forum
I had problems with Polls Made Simple - see this thread - http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 321.0.html
- and trying another flash based poll was problematic. In the end I cheated with a PollDaddy poll - http://www.polldaddy.com
Free with a little advertising - but that's not obtrusive. Only allows up to 100 votes a month which is fine for my purposes - a paid version costs $20 a month.
Free and paid both give access to stats, styling etc and allow multiple polls. Cheating yes but might be useful info for some. Had it up and running in a few minutes which is a record for me!
