New to CMS-MS.. please help?

Hey there,

I'm BRAND spanking new to this whole CMS thing. So I picked CMS-MS as my first choice. I like it. It's obviously easy to use and simple to manage. I just need a start to get me on the right direction. So far the cms is awesome, But I dont get simple things, like how do I add news and show it off on my site? Just, is there a help file or something included that gives me all the {variables} i can use?

Unfortunately there is no help file for all of the variables. I'm gonna put something in to take care of that in my modules.

as far as adding news items.....in the admin page, under "Content", should be "News"

and in there, should be an "Add article" link.
