cannot read New User's page additions to the site

Hello, we have a small group that maintains our website. 3 people all with FULL ADMIN rights. Person #1 added 3 pages and Person #2 (me) cannot see those pages when I login. What do I need to do so that each person can see each other's work?

You are running a way too old unsupported version. And this version was not designed to run under PHP5.
You should first carefully (backups) upgrade step by step 1.0.4 -> 1.1 -> 1.2.3 and see if it fixes your problem.

Rights management has changed since 1.0.4. After upgrading to latest official stable release review users' rights.
